1) Who we are
OMNI Systems LLC (“OMNI,” “we,” “us,” “our”) manufactures and supplies pressure‑sensitive labels and related solutions. Our website address is: https://www.omnisystem.com. 2) What we collect
We collect information in three ways: you provide it, it’s collected automatically, and from service providers that help us run the site.
- Identifiers & contact details: name, company, email, phone, and message content (when you request info, book a tour, or subscribe).
- Commercial & support data: quotes requested, order interests, preferences.
- Device & usage data: IP (processed transiently for geolocation), browser, OS, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and interactions.
- Cookies & similar tech: to remember preferences, improve site performance, measure traffic, and (if enabled) support advertising.
- Job applicant data (if you apply via our Careers pages): resume details and any information you submit.
3) How we use information
We use data to:
- respond to inquiries and provide quotes;
- operate, secure, and improve our site;
- analyze site performance (analytics);
- send marketing communications you opt into (you can unsubscribe anytime);
- comply with law, protect rights, and prevent fraud.
4) Cookies & tracking choices
We use first‑party cookies for core site functions and analytics, and may use third‑party pixels (e.g., ad platforms) for measurement/retargeting if enabled. 5) Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the site is used. GA4 requires that we disclose its use and how it collects/processes data. 6) Email & campaign tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
When you opt in to OMNI emails, we may process your contact details in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to send newsletters, updates, and confirmations. Salesforce’s Data Processing Addendum and privacy resources explain its handling of personal data and transfer mechanisms. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in our emails.
7) Comments, media, and embeds
If our site allows comments, we collect the data shown in the comment form plus your IP and browser user agent to help with spam detection. If we enable Gravatar, an anonymized hash of your email may be used to check your Gravatar profile; after approval, your profile image may appear next to your comment. The Gravatar privacy policy is maintained by Automattic.
If you upload images, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Embedded content from other sites (videos, posts, etc.) behaves as if you visit those sites—they may collect data, use cookies, and track interactions per their policies.
8) “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” (California)
OMNI does not sell personal information. If we engage in cross‑context behavioral advertising (e.g., retargeting that qualifies as “sharing” under CPRA), Californians can opt out via our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer. 9) Your privacy rights
Your rights depend on where you live. Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to:

- Correct inaccuracies;

- Limit the use/disclosure of sensitive data (where applicable);
- Non‑discrimination for exercising these rights.
States continue to enact comprehensive privacy laws. In 2025, additional laws (e.g., Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland) took effect with differing thresholds and obligations. We update this policy and our controls as these laws evolve.
How to make a request: Email marketing@omnisystem.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us what you’d like to do (access, delete, correct, or opt‑out). We may need to verify your identity, and authorized agents may submit requests with valid authorization.

10) Data retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. GA4 allows retention ranges (e.g., 2–14 months) which we may configure based on compliance and business needs.
11) Data security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; we work to minimize risk, monitor systems, and remediate issues promptly.
12) Children’s privacy
Our site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices and the law change. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last Updated” date and post the new version here. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
