OMNI Systems Donation Policy
As the largest privately owned provider of thermal media in the U.S., we at OMNI Systems recognize that ours is an organization which operates successfully in, and benefits from, communities in many areas of the world. Accordingly, we believe strongly in our corporate social responsibility to the communities in which our employees, customers, and their families live and work. As part of this responsibility, we are committed to helping strengthen these communities by contributing to effective care-giving organizations. These contributions include financial aid and employees’ time, as well as their varied expertise. This combination of support is intended to ensure that OMNI Systems remains an integral member of the communities where its livelihood depends.
Corporate Donation Procedures and Guidelines
OMNI Systems’ corporate donation program is administered by a committee representative of the corporate office and OMNI’s divisions. The company will develop direct relationships with those charities to which it commits more than $10,000 in any year. The focus will be on allocating more money to fewer organizations, rather than allocating smaller donations to many charities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Charities should fall within social services, health, education, or environment sectors.
- Charities must be registered.
- Please do not use third-party, professional fundraisers to contact OMNI Systems.
- Please provide requests in writing.
- OMNI Systems discourages supporting advertising space and purchase of tables at special events.
- Multiyear donation commitments will not be eligible.
- OMNI Systems encourages employee volunteerism through participation in programs where all employees can be involved in a regional charitable event.
- OMNI Systems will not donate to political parties or affiliates.
